Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our atelier, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
